In compliance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 and complementary regulations, we explain how we process the personal data we receive through this website and our contact channels.

Through the contact form and our channels we receive: name, company, email, phone number and the information you choose to share about your situation. We do not request sensitive data; please do not include it in your messages.

To respond to your contact request; to present service proposals; to schedule and hold meetings; to provide the contracted services; to comply with legal and accounting obligations; and, only with your authorization, to send you content and resources of interest. We never sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Rights of the data subject
You may access, update, rectify and delete your data, request proof of the authorization granted, be informed about how it has been used, file complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio and revoke your authorization when no legal or contractual duty prevents it.
5. How to exercise your rights
Write to hola@liz-fernandez.com stating your name, the right you wish to exercise and the details needed to identify the request. Queries are answered within a maximum of ten (10) business days and complaints within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days, as provided by law.

To operate this website and our services we use hosting, email, scheduling and web analytics providers, which act as data processors under appropriate security measures. Data may be stored on servers located outside Colombia under adequate protection standards.

We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect the information. We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described and the applicable legal obligations.
