We are Maria Paula Zuluaga and Liz Fernández. We support companies from a perspective that combines legal judgment, corporate experience and a real understanding of operations. We do not aim to solve matters in isolation: we build structure, tools and autonomy so legal supports the growth of the business.

We have lived the law from inside the company: where decisions cannot always wait, different areas must move at the same time and every legal risk coexists with commercial, financial and operational priorities.

That experience defines how we work. We do not approach legal matters in isolation: we first understand the business, identify where judgment is missing and build solutions that can be incorporated into operations.

I have built my career supporting companies through creation, growth and professionalization, working closely with founders, management teams and boards of directors.

My experience has developed in sectors such as fintech, tourism and renewable energy, environments that allowed me to understand first-hand how the legal function changes when a company grows, brings in new partners, expands its operations and faces greater regulatory demands.

My perspective comes from having accompanied the journey from an idea to a more structured company: I understand what needs to change on the legal side so the business can keep growing.

Liz Fernández

I have developed my career within the legal departments of established companies, supporting complex operations and leading legal teams in organizations with mature structures, processes and standards.

My experience in sectors such as financial services, industry and mining has allowed me to understand how legal must work when the company reaches greater scale: how to organize priorities, support different business areas and bring judgment to decisions that require technical depth and business vision.

My perspective comes from having lived the legal function from inside complex organizations: I know what a company needs when legal must operate at the level of its structure and its decisions.
